Do you perform actual construction and field work?
Yes. CNI Concepts provides real field services including construction, mold remediation, HVAC, roofing, repairs, inspections, and property damage documentation. Our technical consulting is backed by practical field experience, not just paperwork.
Do you work with public adjusters and attorneys?
Yes. We support public adjusters and attorneys with technical documentation, repair scope analysis, estimating support, inspections, and expert consulting. We do not provide legal advice, and public adjusting services must be performed by a properly licensed public adjuster.
Do you provide mold remediation and mold assessment on the same project?
Florida law generally prohibits a mold assessor or the assessor’s company from performing or offering remediation on a structure they assessed within the previous 12 months, and a remediator or the remediator’s company from performing or offering assessment on a structure they remediated within the previous 12 months. Assessment and remediation assignments are reviewed separately under applicable licensing requirements; using different employees alone does not remove these restrictions.
